Montville Holiday Apartments has proven to be an extremely popular location for families, reunions, couples, travelling friends, and seniors. Our affordable accommodation creates the ideal holiday base. With quiet surrounds and breathtaking views, and the entertaining sights of Montville only minutes away. Even the famous beaches of the Sunshine Coast are only a short drive from your apartment. It's time to sit back, relax and take a deep breath of mountain air. What better place to do it than Montville Holiday Apartments. Our Mountain View Apartments sleep up to 6. The main bedroom has queen; the second bedroom has twin singles. A double sofa bed is located in the lounge. Our Loft Apartment can sleep 7. It has a queen in the main bedroom. Three other single beds are located around the open plan living area. Addition sleeping for two is located in the Loft, accessible by ladder - the kids will love the Loft. Our Garden Apartments offer a minimum of a queen, and twin singles in a separate bedroom. Additional beds are available in some apartments. All bedding, blankets, linen and towels are supplied. The Mountain View and Loft apartments have fans and fireplaces. The Garden Apartments have fans and electric convection heaters. Portable cots are available upon request. Like any gem, the Sunshine Coast Region has many beautiful facets. The white sandy beaches, the surf and the busy shopping areas of the coastal strip are but one such facet. The Blackall Range, on the coast's hinterland, provides many more sparkling and diverse facets. In fact, the diversity of its attractions gives the Blackall Range the credentials to be classified as a gem in it's own right. Rich in history, natural beauty and atmosphere that inspires the artisan and craftsman; the Range abounds in galleries, studios, boutiques and gourmet restaurants. Numerous bush walks meander through lush rain forests and majestic bushland, across pristine water courses, past beautiful waterfalls and skirt outlooks that provide views to the beaches of the coastline and vistas over lush green valleys to the blue hazed mountains in the distance. BOOKINGS and DEPOSIT Single room bookings A deposit of the first nights accommodation per room at time of booking is required. Balance required at check in. Single night bookings to be paid in advance. Valid credit card details required on booking. Multiple Room and Peak Period bookings Peak periods are: Christmas - New Year Easter Public Holiday long week ends. CANCELLATIONS We at Montville Holiday Apartments recognise that situations change and are happy to accommodate changes to a booking. We encourage guests to move booking to a suitable future date without loss of deposit. If the moving the booking to an alternate date is not a suitable option we refund deposits subject to the following: Single room bookings: •A full refund is offered for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of the booking. Multiple Room and Peak Period bookings: •No refund of deposit is offered for peak periods or for group bookings. Please Note: •No refund of deposit for immediate or short notice cancellation. •Notification of alteration to booking numbers required 24 hrs. prior to check in or quoted price will apply. •No refund due to early departure from accommodation. •No refund if guests are required to leave the premises. •Total amount of accommodation booking will be debited from your credit card on a “No Show”.
